Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of GameNightAR.com and your interactions with GameNightAR in connection with venue information, booking enquiries and visits to the physical venue. By using the website, submitting a booking request or attending GameNightAR, you agree to comply with these terms to the extent they apply to your activity.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not submit a booking request or rely on the website to plan a visit. Additional conditions may be communicated for particular events, private group arrangements or venue activities. Where specific written terms are provided for a confirmed booking, those specific terms may supplement these general conditions.

About GameNightAR

GameNightAR is an independent offline sports social venue in Buenos Aires where adult guests can watch sporting events on screens, meet friends, reserve tables, order food and drinks and spend match nights together. GameNightAR does not provide online sports streaming, does not operate a sportsbook or casino and does not accept wagers.

References to sports, teams, competitions, broadcasters or events are descriptive only. Unless expressly stated with a valid basis, GameNightAR does not claim affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or official status with sports organizations, leagues, teams, broadcasters or rights holders.

Venue Access

Entry is subject to opening hours, age requirements, capacity, safety considerations, event-specific arrangements and reasonable venue rules. A listed event does not guarantee admission to every visitor, especially where the venue has reached safe capacity or a reservation is required.

Guests may be asked to follow instructions from venue staff concerning seating, access routes, emergency procedures, behavior, restricted areas and the safe use of the premises. We may refuse or end access where reasonably necessary to protect guests, staff, property or lawful venue operations.

18+ Policy

GameNightAR is intended for guests aged 18 and over. Visitors may be asked to provide acceptable proof of age before entry or service. The website age gate is a browser-based confirmation and does not replace any age verification that may be carried out at the venue.

If a person cannot demonstrate that they meet the age requirement when reasonably requested, access may be refused. A booking made for a group does not override the age requirement for individual guests.

Reservations

The website allows guests to submit booking requests. A request is not a confirmed reservation until GameNightAR provides confirmation through an appropriate communication channel. Availability can change between the time a request is submitted and the time it is reviewed.

Guests should provide accurate contact details, the preferred date, relevant event and group size. We may contact you to clarify the request, propose an alternative time or table arrangement, or explain that space is unavailable. A confirmation may include an arrival time, table duration, group-size limit or other practical conditions.

Please do not assume that a table is held unless you have received confirmation. If you have not received confirmation and the event is approaching, contact GameNightAR before traveling to the venue.

Walk-In Guests

Walk-ins may be accepted when capacity and seating allow. Some events may be suitable for walk-ins, while major match nights can fill early. Published labels such as "Walk-ins Welcome," "Tables Available" or "Limited Tables" describe current planning information and can change.

Walk-in guests may be offered available seating rather than a specific table location. Groups arriving without a reservation may need to split across tables or wait for suitable space.

Group Bookings

For larger groups, please include the total number of guests and any useful seating information in the booking request. We may suggest a specific arrival time or table configuration so that the group can be seated efficiently before the event begins.

The person making a group booking should share relevant venue conditions with the rest of the group. Changes in group size should be communicated as early as possible because a substantial increase or decrease can affect table allocation and capacity planning.

Event Scheduling

Sports schedules can change because of tournament decisions, weather, operational factors, broadcaster schedules, time-zone adjustments or other circumstances outside GameNightAR's control. We may update the website, change the listed start time, replace a scheduled event or remove an event from the board when circumstances change.

All times displayed for venue programming use Argentina Time (ART) unless stated otherwise. Guests are encouraged to re-check the current schedule close to the event and arrive with enough time to be seated before the expected start.

Broadcast Availability

Programming depends on lawful local broadcast availability and practical venue access to the relevant coverage. A match being listed does not mean that GameNightAR owns broadcast rights or is an official broadcast partner.

If a broadcast becomes unavailable, is delayed, is interrupted or changes at short notice, we may adjust the programming. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes through the website or direct booking communications where practical, but continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Venue Conduct

GameNightAR is built around a loud, social match-night atmosphere, but guests must still behave responsibly and respect other visitors, staff and property. Harassment, threats, violence, discriminatory abuse, intimidation, deliberate property damage and conduct that creates a safety risk are not acceptable.

Guests should follow reasonable staff instructions, keep aisles and exits clear, and avoid interfering with screens, sound equipment or venue systems. We may ask a guest to leave if behavior materially disrupts the venue or places others at risk.

Food and Drinks

Menu items, prices, kitchen hours and availability may change. Certain items can sell out, particularly during major events. Guests with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements should inform staff before ordering and ask for current ingredient information.

Alcohol service, where offered, is subject to applicable law and responsible service practices. Staff may refuse service where appropriate. Non-alcoholic options are available as part of the venue's hospitality offering.

Intellectual Property

The GameNightAR name, website design, original text, layout, branding elements and other original materials are protected to the extent provided by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the website for personal information and planning, but you may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without permission.

Sports names, event names, team names and other third-party identifiers may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance for descriptive purposes does not transfer ownership to GameNightAR and does not imply endorsement.

Third-Party Content and Links

The website may link to mapping services, social platforms or other third-party resources. Those services are controlled by their respective providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies and technical requirements. GameNightAR is not responsible for unrelated third-party content or service availability.

Event information may also depend on schedules published by third parties. We aim to keep venue programming useful, but guests should understand that external schedules can be revised.

Cancellations and Booking Changes

If you need to cancel or change a confirmed reservation, contact GameNightAR as early as possible using the contact details provided with the booking or on this website. Early notice gives us a better chance to adjust seating and accommodate other guests.

Any event-specific cancellation, deposit or prepayment terms will be communicated before they become binding. Where no special terms are communicated, we will handle changes reasonably based on the circumstances, venue capacity and any commitments already made in connection with the booking.

Service Interruptions

Venue services can be affected by power failures, internet or broadcast interruptions, equipment faults, public safety issues, transport disruption, severe weather, government measures, supplier problems or other events outside reasonable control. Where practical, we may adjust screens, move guests, change programming or take other steps to continue the evening safely.

We cannot promise that every advertised match will be shown from the first minute to the final whistle without interruption. Our obligation is to act reasonably in operating the venue and communicating significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameNightAR is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from changes to sports schedules, third-party broadcasts, external websites or information that was reasonably accurate when published but later changed. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Guests remain responsible for their personal belongings and for making appropriate travel arrangements. GameNightAR does not accept responsibility for losses caused by a guest's failure to follow reasonable venue instructions or by circumstances wholly outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website or venue in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to interfere with website security, submitting malicious code, impersonating another person, deliberately providing false booking information, harassing staff or guests, damaging property, or using the venue to facilitate unlawful activity.

GameNightAR does not permit betting or gambling transactions through its website or staff. Guests independently using third-party services do so outside GameNightAR's services and remain subject to the third party's own rules and applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in venue operations, booking practices, website features or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless a different approach is required by law. Confirmed bookings may also be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of confirmation.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to operate under the laws applicable in Argentina, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights that cannot be excluded by contract. Nothing in these terms is intended to deprive a consumer of protections that apply by law.

Where a dispute arises, we encourage guests to contact GameNightAR first so that the issue can be understood and, where possible, resolved directly.
